Does Bakers Service Unlimited have a joining fee? 

No. There is never a fee to purchase from us.  We welcome your business.(top)

When is the best time to reach Bakers Service Unlimited with questions or to place an order? 

Call us at 414-672-6599, our office is open Monday thru Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.  If you miss us, please leave a message and we will return your call promptly.  Email Us if you have any additional questions. (top)

Is there a minimum order for delivery? 

Yes.  We require a 500# order but if you’re a new customer we will work with you. (top)

What if I only want two bags of cake mix or two 25# boxes of chocolate? 

We could set you up as a “pick up” customer.  With 24-48 hours notice we will have the product ready for you to pickup at our warehouse at 2096 South 55th. St. in West Allis, WI. (top)

Is Bakers Service open to the public? 

No.  Our facility is mainly wholesale. (top)

What is your weekly delivery schedule? 

Mondays:  Southeastern Wisconsin and Northern Illinois.
Tuesdays:  Madison, Beloit, Milwaukee and surrounding areas including Waukesha, Pewaukee and Delafield
Wednesdays: Any location between Milwaukee and Green Bay
Thursdays:  Milwaukee area to Madison
Fridays:  Milwaukee and surrounding areas (top)

What if I received my order on Tuesday and realize I may run out of product soon? 

We try to save part of Friday for “emergency” runs.  We’re in business to keep your business running smoothly. We will do our best to get you the additional product you need. (top)

I own a small company out of your delivery area. Can I still place an order with you?

We routinely ship product FedEx to customers in Michigan, Utah and Iowa.  We’d be happy to do that for you as well. (top)

You carry the product line I like, but not the specific product.  Can you get it for me? 

Yes. The products listed on our website are the current items we carry but we would be happy to bring in your specific product. (top)

How far in advance should I place my order? 

When you’re an established account, we only need 24-48 hours unless our suppliers request more lead time. (top)

What are your terms for payment? 

For established accounts - net 30 days. (top)

Do you accept credit or debit cards? 

No.  We want our savings to go to our customers, not a credit card company.  We happily accept checks or small amounts of cash. (top)

Do you offer any additional benefits? 

Besides not having to “pay” to buy from us, we offer the best customer service around.   We will take on the hassle of sending in your invoices for company rebates and the check will come directly to you.
